Amapex Environment has developed a biological system that eliminates contaminants from industrial water at a significantly lower cost than currently used methods. At Amapex Environment, we design a customized solution for each industry, analyzing the most complex contaminants (organochlorines, surfactants, dyes, greases, hydrocarbons, etc.) present in water and formulating them specifically for each type of water. Our proposal

Amapex Environment has developed a biological system that makes all the nutrients available in the substrate available to woody plants like vines, eliminating the need for chemical fertilizers. This way, the soil remains in perfect condition and free of harmful contaminants. The product's formula is tailored to each crop's specific needs.

At the same time, it strengthens the plants' natural defenses to prevent possible infections or pests.

The system allows savings on both growth products and disease treatment products, generating benefits in the

cosecha.

Our proposal

Adapting to the type of substrate that feeds the anaerobic digester is Amapex Environment's specialty.

We designed the most efficient solution that allows for increased biogas production and minimized maintenance costs, effectively reducing the H2S generated during the digestion process.

The reduction of ammonium NH4 inherent to the process is one of our flagship solutions, as we prevent the digester from collapsing due to the presence of this compound.

We optimize process costs thanks to the SDU, which allows us to reduce Active Product consumption.

We have increased biogas production volume thanks to our system, improving the anaerobic digestion plant's bottom line.

We customize the solution to also reduce the H2S produced in the biogas digester to minimum levels, avoiding maintenance costs and prolonging the life of the facilities.

The Amapex solution drastically reduces the presence of ammonia inherent in the anaerobic digestion process, preventing the methane production process from stopping.
